Pitching Mechanics
Whenever I post anything involving the analysis of pitching mechanics, it is not based on any exhaustive research that I have done myself. It is based mainly on the work of these guys:
Kiley McDaniel/Frankie Piliere
I do not agree with all of the work that these guys have put out there. In fact, much of it may be contradictory. There is no single right answer, of course, but I think a blend of ideas will get us closer than subscribing to only one school of thought.
These kinds of posts will be more sporadic than others–probably focused more around draft time, or if there’s either an injury or a call-up.
